We grow through trust and community. When you refer great clinicians and they complete onboarding documents, we pay you.

$50 for every 5 nurses/CNAs who complete the onboarding checklist (application, interview, and required documents).

Paid via Zelle or digital gift card. No limit.

Important: Bonuses are paid only after the referred nurse submits all required onboarding documents.

How it works

  1. You refer nurses/CNAs to United Field Staff.
  2. They apply and enter your full name in the “Referred by” field.
  3. They book a 1‑on‑1 interview and submit required onboarding documents.
  4. Once verified, we pay you $50 per 5 completed onboardings.
